A November Reboot
Dear Readers:
I apologize for the radio silence over the last two months or so. For a variety of reasons, personal and professional, I haven’t been able to keep up with the newsletter recently. But the good news is that I’ll be back—shortly.
I plan to relaunch the newsletter during the fist week of November, covering appellate decisions and news from the last week of October. Thank you all for sticking with me, and I’m sorry again for the lack of updates.
